I have Airtel XStream broadband service in Tathawade Pune location pin:411033. There are frequent disconnections with Airtel. We have raised so many complaints but this is not resolved. Airtel has cheated as there are 200+ connections in our society. They have taken money in advance & do not give any re-imbursement or recharges for these disconnections. I want the company should bear the cost for our losses as we need to work from home 50% a week.
