Text of Complaint by Vijay Luthra:

We are airtel customer from past 19 years also we have 5 airtel mobile connections as well.

We have been facing airtel fiber internet problems from almost 2-3 years and from the previous 3 months problems are more regular and multiple complaints are made to airtel relation team as we had an airtel black account and we have filed multiple complaints to our relationship manager. (Harsh) and more…..

we are not at all satisfied with the resolutions made by the company to resolve our issues.
They just visit check internet if it is working they go and after some time again internet is not available

Internet is not available again and again, after the senior engineer visit internet is available but just for some time and the problem remains the same.

It’s been 3 months and after all the visit of technicians we are still facing internet issues regularly.

After all that harassment we have faced due to company we want a proper one time resolution or unless we have to discontinue the services.
