I haven’t received money into my account from Freo pay. I have emailed the bank statement as well to freopay but it seems they don’t want to resolve the issue. They have already added 240 rupees late fee and sending me an email everyday to make the repayment.
I am tired to telling them that I haven’t receive money into my account but of no use.
The worst part is they do not have a customer care phone number and on the email they do not reply.
My Cibil score is getting affected because of all this.
