I have placed an order for Linen shirt 4 nos, but received 3 shirts which is very old, stinky and damaged shirts.
The payment mode was online to Ekart courier with cash on delivery. The site from which the product ordered was frenzy deals and they cannot be tracked. I payed 1200 to the delivery boy and when opened i found these fraudulent materials and he was reluctant to take back the material.
I have emailed to their compliant and i have not received any updated, so going ahead to file complaint here.
