*Sub:* Regarding Defreeze of Bank Account Number 309002889263.
*Respected Sir,*
I, Nitesh Shukla, am writing this letter in context of my Savings Bank Account having Account number *309002889263* Bank Name : Rbl Bank Kolkata.
*On May 23rd 2023,* My Above Mentioned Bank Account had been Freezed due to Which I Gone to Branch and the Branch Staff Didn’t told me any reason of freezing my account and they just Provide me the Number of DGP Gandhinagar. And told me to talk in this number for knowing the reason of freezing bank account.
After Getting the number i contacted in this number on the same day and the DGP Sir asked me the details of one transaction which is done on 18th sep 2022 amounting *Rs 36030.*
I Briefly Told everything regarding this transaction that whose transaction is this and why this transaction happened.
After Giving the Reason through Call he not listened anything and strictly told me to visit in Police bhawan Gandhinagar Gujarat.
*On 27th May 2023*, I took a Train and gone to Gujarat from Kolkata because I am having only one bank account and was facing alot of mental pressure and depression because I wasn’t able to make any transactions and was not knowing for what reason this happened with me. So for supporting cyber cell investigation i gone even though I know I’m right but I suffered alot.
After reaching On *28th May 2023*, Gujarat police bhawan office There were 3-4 officers in Office Room with whom I interacted and to one officer I given my statement and everything that whose transaction was that due to which my account frozen. After Giving statement ,Transaction details and Documents they told me to go Back to Kolkata even I asked them that if any further investigation is left then I can stay here for few more days because it’s very difficult for me to come back again from Kolkata to Gujarat. But they Told me no you don’t need to stay you can go Your Account will be Defreeze but it Will take sometime.
After Getting Back from Gujarat on *29th May 2023* I pateintly waited one month and was waiting to Defreeze my account but unfortunately my account still frozen.
After completion of one month i Called back again to above mentioned number of Dgp gandhinagar which I got from bank they now asking me to come Gujarat and make an appeal on court.
Sir it’s my humble request to you please do think in what mental & physical conditions I am facing even though I didn’t did any wrong and that’s the reason I came once in Gujarat to support cyber investigation but still my account is frozen and I am suffering.
Sir It’s my Humble request to please look into this matter and help me to Defreeze my account.
