I joined SKY (okmarket.store) online platform in November 2024 from Ghana. They claimed “Our job is mainly to receive product orders from shopping websites such as Daraz, Amazon, and AliExpress through the smart mall (OKmarket) platform. We need your help to complete virtual purchases using mobile phones, help online stores increase product sales data, and improve merchant product and online store ratings. You can earn money based on the number of task orders completed. For each completed task, you will immediately receive commission income of 20% of the product value (daily income is approximately 70 to 5,000 cedis).
I started complete first task,
second task and on the third task, the task orders they gave me I am doubting if truly they are genuine. I have sent the one who was encouraging me to invest more to cancel pending transactions and refund my money but she said orders cannot be cancelled until I complete the task. I complete the task and withdrawn Gh¢18715.00 of system user charges 6%. The withdrawal is out on freeze. The customer service manager told me withdrawal reaching Gh¢10,000.00 needs to pay tax of 11%. I deposit Gh¢2100.00 in my balance for taxes. I tried many times to reach out for my fund to no response. Now my funds are locked
Frustrated i own a lot of loans for unlocking this funds, thinking I could withdraw to pay off the loans.
