Recently i have started working for Company called Moeving which is startup, freelancing contract was for 2 months 1st Nov to 31st Dec 2021. on 30th Nov i have asked for my pay for Nov month. CTO and HR of company denied to pay saying we will only pay from 8th Nov -30th Nov. then on 30th Nov only company terminated contract over mail saying we are terminating contract and will pay you for Nov month as per contract. payment was supposed to be done on 1st dec. after that i am following with HR via mail/call/ whatsapp but HR is not replying nor answering call. How should i move legally, please help me.
