I have stopped work on freelancer.com for 6-7 months. And after that I am again started work on it. In meantime they update their policies and add 30 percent charges of project value due to offsite communication. First time they will just give a warning. And second time they will do accordingly their policies. But in my case they send a false warning on my email because I can’t demand for any details from client. Due to this i can lost my free chance. Second time also a client demanding my details and also I don’t get that project due to different client requirements and budget issue. But freelancer.com just add 75000 INR minus in my account. When I can tell them to provide proofs they can’t provide me anything and they told me that I have done twice this so they can charged this on my account. And they can’t revoked it. Also they blocked me from chat so I am not able to do live chat with them.
