Hi, My order number freeky kart is 11895, I have order personlized photo with freeky cart and made a payment instantly of 1399 in the portal itself, after few days i have got the replay from freeky cart saying my product is dispatched and when i received the product its empty box, the i tried reaching freeky cart customer care number – 7618751771 / 8147980327, both numbers are nor responsive and then escalted the issue in whatsapp and they replied they have made the mistake of sending wrong box and they said they wil arrange for delivery again and they willl share the new consignement number on 25th of october, but stil there is no revert or response,
