I am Anil Kumar R using Airtel services for more than 20 years now. My number 9845613292. Have recently, in the month of Feb22 took Airtel Black plan to bundle all Airtel mobiles with DTH for Rs. 1450 + tax per month charges. Where DTH is my new service. As post bundling will opt for Amazon Prime 1 year service which is part of the plan.
Post opting this plan I was already using Amazon prime plan which will get expired in a month or 2 of previous subscription, as even Black was giving offer for 1year so thought of taking it. So when I was trying to check the offer from few days it was showing 6 months offer but as per the plan it was suppose to provide 1 year subscription also there was no expire mention on it so it is common sense we can opt any time till we are using telecom services . So I called customer care for this then Syed is the person picked up so told him the reasons then he bluntly denying and not even had a courtesy to raise a complaint. Was very rude as well and disconnected tha call on my face.
So I wrote a email to Airtel raised the complaint 31-4011617401491 then Airtel representative confirmed I will get 1 year Amazon Prime subscription in 2 days. Then the complaint was closed of but I can’t opt for 1 year but it shows as 6 months so again told Airtel my complaint is not resolved so the complaint was reopened and now they have closed it again.
Hope consumer court will understand the concern and provide me the thanks app offer back. Waiting for the reply or update. As I want to opt what was promised but now they have changed it with providing any expiry date.
