Dear Free Fire Support Team,
My Free Fire account has been banned, and I believe this action was taken by mistake.
I would like to clarify that I have never used any hack, mod, script, or third-party application in the game. I always play Free Fire fairly and follow all the rules.
Recently, the OBB file of the game was accidentally deleted from my device, after which my account got banned. I think the system may have detected this incorrectly.
I kindly request you to review my account manually and verify my gameplay history. If there is any misunderstanding, please help me to unban my Free Fire ID.I am a fair player and follow all Free Fire rules.I support you in completing as many surveys as come in the game, I fill all the surveys properly, you can check my game history, my gameplay will appear to be average. You can check my KD of each session, headshots rate etc. I have never played any unusual game. While clearing my phone storage, the OBB file of the game got deleted by mistake. Then when I opened the game and played Lonewolf, after 2 rounds my game crashed and 30 days ban started showing. But when I restarted the game, the timer is not visible. Please get my ID and review it manually. I have given my important time (4.5 years) in this game. Please kindly review my account manually and unban it if possible.
