Dear Sir
Please note that I have recharged with Rs 50 IUC talktime on 10-Oct on my Jio number 9226362187 . But I have till date not received the Free Data of 5GB (1GB per Rs 10 IUC), as promised and applicable during talktime recharge.
I have made daily calls (at least 6 times) to Jio Care 198 as well as on 3 times on Jio Live Chat during the last 8 days but they only give false assurances that problem is being taken up with Back-end team. This is very poor response and resolution on part of Jio.
Jio has software to deduct talktime charges but no software or mechanism to allocate free data promised against IUC recharge. Even there is no complaint number, they only provide Interaction number, the recent being MR000PADT10.
I urgently need the data now as it will be useless later after I pay additionally & recharge data. Seems there is no sense of responsibility and caring left with Jio Care employees.
I request through your good office to help me resolve this problem.
