I had a call from Airtel customer care act via that call free 10 GB data for 10 days
#1 offer is activated and shown 4g /35 10 GB is added daily 1 GB validity 10 days
#2 I had use the internet but not working and iam call to customer care and he had told me a trick
#3 but not working then I try tomorrow net not working and keep try customer care they all are told different sollutions
#4 I call a twice in a day to customer care by as 4 days gone trying they all told different reasons and suggestions but not working
#5 Finally called today 21-4-19 evening to Airtel customer care they told me this offer is available on 4G sim and 4g network and 4g mobile and I reply to him I am using same you told then he told me this offer is activated under terms and conditions you cannot use that pack but validity and data balance is show up to validity
#6 my question is why you give me a free offer activated then why you try too fool the customer to cheating your cheap promotion
In my number why pack is activated and customer couldn’t benefit of that pack why he should activated
Then why he should waste my time upto 5 days
