I have ordered a fruit juicer on 16/08/2021to Prosfar Technologies Private Ltd . The Price of that product was Rs 1992 and the amount has been paid from my savings Bank A/C.But I got an empty shield box from the delivery man which contained some waste papers.I called their Customer Care bearing no.9883251810, in reply they asked me to told them my A/C no.and A/C balance to refund the paid money. When I asked to refund my money why you asked me my A/C no. and A/C balance ,then they dismissed my call.
