This company sold me their franchisee by promising that we can onboard local shops on AMAZON and FLIPKART, after paying the frenchisee cost of Rs. 17700 thay provided me loging credential of ‘gstsuvidhacenter’ where no such option available. After solding the frenchisee they delayed more than 3 months by saying we are facing technical issue with Ecommerce, after December 2022 they told you can now provide customer details who want to onboard after sharing the details they are making excuse by saying PIN code is not servicable. I am surprise we get each and every order deliver at our door step and they are whole District is not servicable. After making false commitement they asked my documents for Insurance license and ID creation for making Ayushman card after spending delaying more 3 months thier customer Service saying that we don’t have such service. I asked then to surrender my ID and refund me then they are saying that we don’t do that. Even they did not provide me the payment reciept they just confirmed it on mail.
Please take strict action againt this fraud company and force them to refund me.
