One of the Airtel retailer in kapashera border has an fraud business strategy by having a loud speaker repeating that a free recharge will be done if anyone can port their sim from other network to Airtel but they didn’t do any recharge and after complaining in customer service they said that we do not file these kind of complaints what should I do now. I have lost my validity which is for lifetime in Voda and I didn’t receive any calls on that number, and retailer ask me to recharge it otherwise they will closed my sim and allot that one to other customer. What will I gain after having port my sim to Airtel. Just a waste of time there almost for 1 and half hour, my contacts and my validity and now I am at the stage of losing my number too. No one can listen to this complaint.
