I have requested for installation of my tata sky device to a new location, wherein I was told that a fee of Rs.300/- will required to be paid at the time of installation. I agreed to the same.The technician has come and installed the device. I have paid Rs.300 in Cash to him. Apart from that a tip of Rs.50 also given to the technician by me as a gesture. However, next day my tata sky account deactivated. I have not noticed the reason and recharged
for another Rs.150. But still account not activated. On being inquired, I was told that Rs.300 debited for the said service. I was shocked and informed that I have already paid the same to the technician in cash. I was told that the matter will be examined but my account not activated. A complaint was raised and due date was 20.05.2019 for sorting out the issue. However, even after contacted several times they have not responded. In this regard, I wish to state that i have lost faith in customer care executives of tatasky executives because they have not given any positive reply neither helped in this regard.
In view of the above , I am submitting my complaint for the unnecessary harassment done to me by tatasky. Please do the needful.
