In reference to the above subject this is to highlight I had applied for Airtel X-stream Broadband on 6th of July’20 where in I had received call from Mr. Deepak (9179664959) who came to my office and we discussed the features, speed of plan, the speed that was told to me by Mr. Deepak after duly telling him the locality name as (Paradise Homes, Nipania Indore) as per scheme it’s 100 mbps but I will get approx. 50-60 mbps & he confidently ensured that the connection will be installed & activated by next day i.e. 7th of Jul’20.
In context of above features & commitment I paid up entire amount of 3 months to him then & there only in my office. Post Monday on Tuesday no information or call came to me for installation when I called up Deepak he shared me number of Mr. Kailash Joshi (9893011037), I called him (although it was not supposed to be my job but still I did it for sake to getting things done) he said he will check with person & will confirm me, even though after waiting for more than 1 hour time no information/call was received then I again called Deepak who told me that there is some connection issue in locality though job will be done by next day though I accepted the same in lieu of fact technical faults can happen anytime.
Yesterday 8th of Jul’20, Mr. Neeraj (8085211337) come to my house for installation of Airtel Broadband connection in simple talks I asked him what will be the speed, reconfirming is part & right of consumer if you people do agree on this. I was amazed to hear when Mr. Neeraj told me that you will not get max speed than 24 mbps that means Airtel is showing that X-Stream is giving speed of 100 mpbs in Ads & promotion, Its own Sales people in market is selling product with commitment of 50 to 60 Mbps & at the time of installation committed figures comes down to 24 Mbps …..Is not FRAUD Selling??? After again having discussion jointly on concall with Mr. Deepak & Kailash Joshi I still accepted and told them to install the connection, even though after following them from 11 am to night 7.30 pm no one helped to get the connection on-line even up till now also no one is picking up calls and no one has called me to give/share update.
Please let me know what’s action is taken on such things as per your own HR policy. I want my full amount back by today itself it seems that trust level on Airtel is totally shaky and its mistake of consumer only.
Also I went with complain to Airtel Thanks Customer care based out in Orbit Mall Indore but Mr. Sahid ( Mobile No- 910994993) told me over phone that we can’t take complain you need to contact customer care he didnt even listed the complete problem of customer/me nor asked how he can help still he is heading customer care entire department.
