Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Shaikh ismail, resident of [Your Full Address], am writing this to file a formal complaint against an online fraudulent company operating under the name Vinor Tech or similar aliases.
1. Nature of the Fraud:
I was contacted for a work-from-home data entry job, with a promise of payment after completing 1200 forms in 12 days.
After completing the work, I was told my work failed the QC and I would not be paid.
Now, I am receiving threatening emails and messages from someone claiming to be an advocate (Narayana Rao), demanding payment of ₹72105, threatening legal action under false IPC sections.
2. Unlawful Demands:
They misused legal sections (like IPC 420 and IT Act 66A) to threaten me.
They are demanding unjust payment for work I was never compensated for.
I now understand this is a scam and illegal extortion attempt.
3. Relief Sought:
I request that strict action be taken against this fraudulent company and individuals behind it.
I request the removal or blacklisting of such fraudulent job agencies.
I seek compensation for mental harassment and time loss.
I am attaching all necessary evidence including:
Screenshots of emails
WhatsApp messages
Any payment receipts or communications
Kindly look into this matter and take appropriate legal action to prevent others from falling victim.
