I am filing this complaint against Khelo24match, an online betting/gambling platform, for fraudulent withholding of my money.
I deposited money on their platform to participate in games.
When I tried withdrawing my money back (i had not won anything nor lost anything), my withdrawal requests were not honored.
The platform shows the withdrawal as “successful,” but the money has never been credited to my bank account.
Upon contacting their customer support, I was either ignored or given false assurances.
After repeated follow-ups, my account was eventually restricted, preventing further access to my funds.
This is a case of cheating and online fraud.
Khelo24match is promoting illegal betting activities in India without any transparency regarding its ownership, physical office, or proper licensing. There are multiple public complaints available online of similar fraudulent practices by this company, showing a clear pattern of cheating Indian users.
Relief Sought:
1. Immediate refund of my deposited amount and pending winnings.
2. Action against Khelo24match for illegal and fraudulent practices.
3. A strict directive for them to stop operating in India without proper registration and regulatory compliance.
Prayer:
I request the Hon’ble Consumer Forum to kindly intervene and ensure that my hard-earned money is refunded, and necessary punitive action is taken against Khelo24match to protect other innocent consumers from being cheated.
