On 30.05.2024, I received a link at customer support_e43.apk on my mobile no. 9250757892, regarding a transaction that i did not authorize. upon reviewing my account statement, i discovered that amount of Rs. 1,24.,148.50 in (four transactions) was withdrawn from my credit card acount without my knowledge or consent. I immediately contacted my bank to report the unauthorized transaction and have taken steps to block my card to prevent further misuse.

I believe that this fraudulent transaction has caused me financial loss and considerable distress. Therefore, I request your esteem office to take immediate action to investigate this matter and identity the culprits responsible for this fraudulent activity.
