I booked a ticket on 20th september, 2021 from bangalore to durgapur from travolook.in but soon after debiting my amount they mail me saying the ticket is cancelled due to operational faults. They said it would be credited in my account within 7-10 days. It’s been almost a month and everytime I call them, they have same excuse of bank technical error. Please help me out in getting my money.
