Text of Complaint by Sujoy Das:

I had seen an advertisement in Facebook for Mini DLP Projector with Wi-Fi, Portable LED Pocket Pico Projectors for Outdoor Indoor Movies, Includes Mini Tripod, 30,000-Hour LEDs, Supports Android and iOS Devices × 1.

I made the purchase on 22nd July, 2000 at INR 729.21 via Razorpay. Upon waiting for more than two months, and emailing the email address akashstore12335@gmail.com provided in the email confirmation of the purchase, and not able to get to the Dreamville Mart website anymore, I have come to the conclusion that I was scammed off my hard earned money.

Not only Dreamville Mart, but, Facebook should also be held liable in this case as it was an authorised advertisement of Facebook for which they must have charged Dreamville Mart.

Thus, I am attaching my email confirmation of the purchase to enable the concerned for further legal proceedings.
