Dear Sir,

This is with regard to my recent payment towards purchase of two sarees, I have mada a payment of Rs. 798/- (Rupees Seven Hundered and Ninty Eight only) through online banking. Later on realised its a fraudulent website

I here by submit few evidence details for your furhter perusal to investigate in this case, do necessary actions to recover the same and compensate to me.

List of evidences:

1. Recevied SMS confirmation from “BT-CLOTHM” followed by online payment is as ” Your order is successfully received. Your order number is 94191. your shipment will be delivered in 10-12 days. Email:clothesmart.in99@gmail.com” on 2nd January 2019, i.e., Wednesday at 12.44 pm.
2. Payment made through Andhra Bank Netbanking on 2nd January 2019
3. Clothsmart.in was accessed from Facebook

Request your good offices and officers to take immediate action against the defaulters, recover the money and arrange compensating the same to my bank account.
