Text of Complaint by Jiban Bhattacharya:

I ordered a pressure cooker worth rupees 490/- of Order ID: 29738_20220719070500 through PayTm on 19th July 2022 at 12:38 PM to Bipin Pragajibhai Hapani whose UPI ID is paytm-70835276@paytm
But to date, no communication or delivery of the above said product or refund of money had been followed.
Honourable Concerned Authority is requested to initiate an investigation in this regard.

  1. You should raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
