I got a WhatsApp message from a lady of “WHITE FORD” and “Remote co-worker”, they asked if i was interested in part time data entry job and asked me to make an agreement, and I was only given 2-3 minutes to upload my documents and to get the agreement (but I did upload my details ).I suspected that it must be a fraud so I didn’t take up the job. I asked for their official website address and licence number but they didn’t reply to it and refuse to give it. And at this point they started treating me harshly and demanded that I pay the registration fees as a compensation or next time their advocate will contact me. I was convinced that they were trying to scam me , so I blocked their number. After 6 days their advocate contacted me and said the company has filed a case against me and should pay the compensation amount of 6,700/- as a out of court settlement or else I must pay 1 lakh. I tried talking to them about the situation but they were not even ready to listen. They even convinced me by saying my life will be spoiled if I didn’t do this, he even send me a mail that states:-
Dear Concern,
This Intimation Letter Inform you, That WHITE CORD Company has filed a case under the SECTION of 73-74-75 of INDIAN CONTRACT ACT 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on THE AGREEMENT that if you have not SUCCEEDED ON YOUR JOB THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT.
Remedies for breach of contract.
Sec 73 – compensation for loss or damage caused by breach of contract proximate losses not remote/indirect losses.
Sec 74 – compensation for breach of contract Where penalty specified.Sec 75 – party who is rightfully rescinding is entitled for compensation.
IPC SECTION
SECTION-406 – Punishment for criminal breach of trust – Whoever commits criminal breach of trust shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.
The above sections are implemented on you regarding you did not full-fill the terms and condition of your agreement..
If you want Avoid the Legal proceedings pay the company maintenance charges 6700 within 30 minutes court server time.
Note :- If you are not closing this matter out of court settlement then after clearing this matter you have to attend in the court physically with your advocate.

This is not the only case, in this month the job I applied in Quikr App and few other website people reaching out to me in the name of part time job, taking the registration fees, assigning us work post work submission, asking us you need to pay commission fee, and then id verification fee and then account verification, like this I have lost huge money this month, I trusted these people, But, have witness the black market in the world, the way people earning money in the name of part time job,,
There are couple of fraudulent companies, they claim themselves as they are from “HCL Tech”, “Smashword”, “Well-tech” this or that all the name of companies, all these are fraudulent way of earning money…
I think, though I lost lost,….I really request, some kind of actions need to be taken and make sure other do not withness in all these fraudulent cases…I have raised a complaint in that Quikr app, do they not verify whether those jobs are legal or not…,and simply allow any one to post a job…
I have submitted all the screenshots, out of frustration and depression, I have blocked all those number and deleted all those data…
My only request is, please we need to investigate on these black market happening outside, i have never ever seen all these, my experience was first time, I hope other do not fall on these fraudulent..
