Text of Complaint by Ranjana pramanik:
Dear Sir
I am very shocked to notice that there are some unauthorized debits from my Amazon account. Buying gift from Google play since last November 2020.
The amount total value is RS. 36000/-.
We have never used the gift e vouchers.
Request you to kindly refund my money as my 75 yr old and hv no income. My account is linked to my loan account. As such amount is coming from my loan account.
Now I also have to pay interest on my loan.
Pls help me.
