I Booked a return ticket from the website HappyFares.in and they issued me a one way ticket and said they could not book the return ticket and will issue a refund of the return ticket after 7 days.
Tried to reach the customer care number for almost 50 times but no-one answers. They answered the call on 51st attempt but the guy disconnected the call in 20 seconds.
Tried to email them, but they keep sending automated emails that the one way ticket that they book cannot be cancelled and return cant be booked. In a return booking, Either they book both the tickets or no even one. Whats the one side ticket is booked. Asked for full refund but they wont revert.
My money is stuck, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK TICKETS FROM HAPPYFARES.IN
