This anup Kumar Sarkar. Got a call from Rohtash Kumar on 18.11.2020 that ” I am from Rohtash Kumar . speaking from Aditya Birla Capital/ Finance. I believe you need personal Loan.” My requirement was Rs.1,00,000.00. Rohtash asked me to send the Pan card, Aadhaar Card and Bank statement. I sent. Immediately after sending all those documents One message came that My loan of Rs 1.00 Lakh is sanctioned But You need to send Rs 4500.00 for covid insurance . If anything happens to me This insurance will pay the loan amount to Aditya Birla. I have sent that amount as the call from Aditya Birla Capital Kolkata . after sending the money . another message that they asked to send the 12800.00 for GST amount . If i pay Rs 12800.00 The will send Rs. 1,12,800.00 to me . I got some doubt . I said to send them the loan amount from that I will pay Rs.12800.00. Then Rohtash Kumar said that I will ask my seniors. after 2 hours when I call Mr. Rohtash Kumar he said first to send the Rs 12800.00 then the loan amount of Rs 1,12,800.00 will be credited to my account. I said no first you pay the loan amount I will pay from there. Rohtash said whether I want to cancel the loan application. I said to cancel the loan sanction. Rohtash said that He will cancel the loan and refund back the 4500.00 what I had sent for Covid insurance as per his message and request. After that Rohtash no was blocked and he is not taking any call or respond for the refund.
