There are 04 transactions of zomato on October 19, 2023 as per details shared below. I had immediately written an email to simpl with a screen shot of these transactions. They have not done anything about it, except harass me with calls to pay.. all replies received to emails are standard auto replies. I have stopped taking their calls. Now they play an auto generated msg which says that since i am not taking their calls they will send me a demand notice. I am absolutely harassed and upset and irritated on this entire experience… please help urgently with a solution.

9.26 pm – rs 1704.54 – fradulent Zomato transaction
9.27 pm – rs 1743.79 -fradulent Zomato transaction
9.28 pm – rs. 1203.29 – fradulent Zomato transaction
9.28 pm – rs. 1203.29 – shows a refund of zomato
The outstanding is showing inr 4599.12 after adjustment of inr 1203.29
Please assist with a solution. Will be grateful
