This Complaint is regarding fraudulent transactions made on 25.09.2023 from my account vis using Navi and Cash free App and my number was shared to the fraudulent via Just dial. I had an inquiry of Eyecare doctor and Just dial provide my number to some eye care center and there was a fraudulent. He shared me a link for appointment and ask me to make Rs. 5 payment and Hence he transferred my entire amount from my SBI and HDFC bank via using NAVi and CASH free UPI. He has transferred Rs31999 and Rs581 from my SBI account and this was credited to PUNB bank with account number 6560000100152871 with ifsc CODE PUNB000656000 via using navi app and belongs to Jamui Khaisa Road Bihar(Fradulent account number and name showing in Bank is Anjan Kumar. and another transaction made from my HDFC Bank in the amount of Rs 1020 and transafered to ICIC0DC009 by using Cash free APP which code does exist as per ICICI customer care and already 16 complaint filed in your record for the same IFSC code . I would request to to please vein NAVI and Cash Free APP as these app seems to be unauthorized app and never heard earlier about these apps. and also instruct Just dial whenever customer ask for some specific number they do not share customer’s number in turn for inquiry for parting keyword because sometime the number registered with just dial are not authenticated number could be a fraudulence number as it happen with me my number shared with fraudulent via Just dial in name of eye care center . The number via which the link was shared is registered with via viewcare Mayur vihar Pahse 1 and another number no record found on net no location trace. Please investigate the service provider of this number 6289898011 and thenumber via which link was shared was reliance GSM 8882653508 . Please investigae all the details and freeze fraudulent’s number and account and help me in getting my money back.
