Dear Sir/Madam,
I have inquired for Eye care Doctor from Just dial Delhi number 8888888888 and Just dial in turn provide me number to some Eye Care centre and there was a fraudulent who has given a link for Doctor’s online appointment and ask me to make Rs5. Transaction for booking an appointment and from that link he deducted my Rs 32580 from SBI Bank via using Navi UPI and credited to account number 6560000100152871 with IFSC CPDE PUNB0656000(Fradulent account) belongs to Jamui Kahiasa Road Bihar and from another Account of HDFC he deducted Rs 1020 via using Cash free App and credit to ICIC0DC0099 and this code not exist anywhere confirm via ICICI customer care and already have 16 complaints earlier in your record for this IFSC code. This incident happened on 25/09/2023. The entire amount available in both accounts. Hence I requested you to kindly block the UPI services of fraudulent from Navi and Please Also vain these app for any kind of transactions as its seems to be unauthorized apps and never heard anywhere about these apps. Also request you to please investigate for Just dial for providing customer’s to unauthorized number and to the fraudulent . The number most of are registered in fake name in their records and they provide customer’s number unknowingly when have we have inquiry of anything rather then providing the relevant details which we actually asked them. Please register the complaint and also please restrict the account activity of fraudulent and his block UPI and investigate or fraudulent transactions and if possible please help em to get my money back
