Hello,
I have paid Rs.35,500/-thru PAYTM UPI for the digital purchase of 0.064 BTC and i have chatted with the guy(fraudster) named Mr. Manpreet Singh on WhatsApp and as he insisted me to cancel the trade since his transaction bitcoin is in escrow on localbitcoins.com, but he committed me to refund my Rs.35,500 to my PAYTM NO. 9042130947, but still he didn’t refunded me and not attending my whatsapp and my phone calls. Hence, i request you to take serious and immediate action against this fraudulent transaction at the earliest and reverse the payment to my paytm UPI ID :9042130947@paytm
Iam sending the payment screenshot along with this attachment. Pl take serious & legal action in this regard to get back my refund to my account without any further delay. i will be highly grateful if you can reverse my payment to my account which has gone to the wrongful and fraudster person. Thanks and respond me ASAP.
