I had 3 zomato transaction through Simpl app which were done on 14th October.i had reported the issue to Simpl chat box and had provided all the details to them like the IVR number from where I got call saying that it was a call from Simpl, screenshot of zomato showing that Simpl is not linked to my zomato App as well as all my zomato transactions for 14th October. Simpl doesnot have any customer care number to talk to hence I am following up on mails. I have got no resolution from their end but every day I get atleast 7-8 calls from their collection department asking me to pay this bill. I am just fed up with this app and thus writing to raise complain
