I got a request from Flipkart to make payment for the purchase I didn’t do, I declined and ignored it for the first time I got another request for payment from Flipkart. Then I called customer care, but they did no help to me I simply asked them to deactivate my account so that these transactions stops but the lady denied it stating we cannot do that. I now know that some has access to my account but I am helpless can’t do anything because the merchant denied helping me.
