I wanted refund of my against the cancellation of Rail ticket. So I got below phone number on www.quora.com as to contact this number for refund.

He told me that he is from customer care department of IXIGO and will process for refund.
He asked me to download an App and took control of my mobile and got all OTP and asked me to provide credit card details from which I have done my railway booking. He transferred to total 64000 from my credit card. Which HDFC credit card department is not aware and tracked as they should have called for high amount transaction……. When I complaint to HDFC customer care and submitted the police copy at pune Cyper crime dept (App NO 7614/2022 ), HDFC told that it is an authorised transaction hence you will have to pay or we will forcibly get the money from collection agency. There is no company registered by the name ONE MOBIVIK SYSTEMS PVT LTD GURGAON then how come money got credited to their platform. I need resolution at the earliest else will be escalation to higher authorities.
I Request all below people to unfairly investigate this situation.
