recently i was surfing the instagram where i came across a page called pelectonics store in which they were offering a product called moonpod at a price of 0.01$ under a promotional offer. But as i purchased the product after giving my credit card details, an amount of 9300 was deducted from my card that too without any OTP or 3D secure password. After that i have been trying to cancel the order but there is no such option on the website and neither are they replying to my mails. kindly look into the matter and try to refund my money. I have already contacted the bank within 15 minutes of the transaction but they are saying they cant cancel the payment. Also there has been a very similar complaint regarding the same website by another person a week ago. here is the link of that complaint.
