Hotstar has not provided option to cancel subscription for auto renewal against the auto debit option. I was always getting following error when trying to cancel the suscription and now money has been debited from account. I tried to contact them on email and chat support, but always getting system generated reply and it will not helping to get refund. Please help me to get my refund of 899 and cplease consider taking strict action against this fraudlent transaction by Indian Law.
