- On 26/11/2019 at 11:39 we have made a payment to Amazon through paytm for an amount of Rs.3699 after completing payment transaction only we came to know that it is not to Amazon it’s some other forgery company Mahasale after contacting customer care of paytm we could able made a complaint only at 12 30 am. Mr Suraj from customer care team has registered a complaint and confirmed that fraudalent accounts will be blocked for the value of the amount we complained..but now we received one mail that paytm unable to recover the fund and we have to make complaint with police department. Now only we understand that paytm is supporting fraudulent transactions and forgery accounts. We need our fund back only because of the paytm was through paytm we have done it.How paytm can irresponsible like this when they know it is a fraudulent transaction
