I made a transaction of INR 15000 on 5 December 2023 to a betting site named (BC GAME) the transaction was done through a 3rd party merchant named (VELON ROOMS PRIVATE LIMITED). The transaction was successful from my side and as I confirmed from my bank they told me that transaction has been settled to the merchant also but I didn’t got any service and not any refund back after complaining in bank. I request you to please look into it.
