Factory label 4 software does not work on any computer using windows 10 (almost all Pc’s now). The manufacturer confirms it. Its why the product is non-refundable. So Target has taken my money. Falsely advertised that its compatible with windows 10. Refused refunds. That is Fraud. Amazon is also selling it and advertising it works with windows 10. Any update with windows will make the program unusable. I have 100 labels created for my business that I can not access. I have no options but to buy a new program, recreate 100 new labels and meanwhile Target and Amazon are still selling a bogus software. The time and money it will cost me is in the thousands and both manufacturer and stores don’t care. They keep stealing money from suckers fraudulently.
