I have ordered a Bose Combo Wireless Air pods (attached). But They Delivered a Fake sub-standard product which is no way similar to the ordered product. And the courier collected the COD amount Rs. 1599. The Courier guy (E comm) claimed that they are just a logistics provider and if the package is opened they can’t take it back and forced me to pay the amount.
This is big fraudulent act by a online shop. Would be happy if they get back the item and refund me the amount Rs. 1599.
