Text of Complaint by Rachel Mosehle:

Dialaguard called and claimed that I qualify for a cellphone contract which comes with a free dialaguard for me paid by them and since I was looking to buy a phone I agreed and gave out my banking details but when I saw the debicheck it was not the agreed amount for a cellphone but the dialaguard so I didn’t accept it. Now it is somehow approved and I have to pay R97 per month for a product I didn’t sign up for.

It is the lack of integrity that gets to me, they put revenue of service which is why they acquire clients fraudulently.
