I am an Airtel customer for over 15 years. I am facing network issues ever since I moved to a new house. I requested my service provider Airtel to check on this issue. But whenever I raise a service request, it is getting closed by someone in the back end within next few days without resolution. This circus is going on since August. Because of this I had to raise 11 service request and none of them were resolved with a resolution. No one from the backend ever bothered calling me even after requesting several times. Whenever I speak with an associate over phone I am always promised that this time it will be resolved but it never happens and ticket gets closed without resolution from backend without anyone contacting me. I tried reaching their store but they say that this issue has to be raised over the app or over phone but not at a store. It has come down to literally chasing them everyday and this is become a very painful experience for me as I do not have time to wait for hours and hours on phone just to resolve a single issue being dragged for over 4 months.

In the last two interactions, I spoke with the supervisor called “Shri Hari” whom I asked why the previous ticket was closed without a resolution. He did not have an answer and when he could not explain he started rudely arguing with me and created another new ticket which was also closed this morning without a resolution. I called back and spoke with “Alauddin” and he did not even let me speak to a supervisor and hung up on my face. This is a traumatizing experience for me and I want this to be resolved at the earliest. I also want to be properly compensated for this bad experience.
