I’ve paid for an online conversion using the site pdfconvert.net the date is 02 December 2022 not knowing that I am subscribing to a paid service .
So I’ve converted a file into a pdf using the site and
the second day I’ve got charged with a month subscription the next month again and I’ve only noticed after 2 months.
During the subscription I did not got any information about subscription. I tried to log in with my e mail address but without success meaning that I have no account .
I don t have any other information from this service,I’ve searched my personal inbox and there is no information about this subscription.
I’ve make a complain and I’ve got a reply saying that they will cancel my subscription but i also asked for a refund for the 2 months of subscription for which i did not agree and got not reply after 3 e mails.
After a google search i saw this complains from customers all around the world which say they’ve got scammed from the same company.

Please help me get my refund and to make the company aware of their fraudulent service.
