This is not the first time this is happening.. Airtel office, BISTUPUR, JAMSHEDPUR does force selling. We went to get a prepaid hot spot Airtel device in March 2020 . We were told it’s prepaid.. N then sending me bills when we di not even use it.. Can’t use because of bad signal… When you say pay bill for uninterrupted service, then should you not disconnect it when it’s not paid… Second month bill triples and it comes some more than 1000/-…n now the bill is Rs. 10,000. Who’s responsible.. I am not… I am not going to pay a penny. Get this resolved… I want this BISTUPUR OFFICE TO VE SEALED PERMANENTLY. This can’t keep on going.. Terrible service… You all are FRAUD..
