On 24-11-21, I ordered 2 dresses from instagram store @closettans & paid via Paytm to Shivam Kumar Dwivedi (8591621722@paytm) and the lady chatting on instagram was Vani. She promised my dresses will be delivered in 4-5 days. Now when I ask her about dresses or refund, she openly laughs at me and says she will not return my money and I can keep “barking” and she is not scared of anyone. She challenged me to bring police or cyber crime along with 100 people and she is not scared and capable to handle the police also and get away with her fraud. Her cold blooded way of doing fraud without any fear and challenging our legal system too that they can’t do anything to catch her . Absolutely disgusting and criminal act.. On further research, I found that other victims had lodged complaint on consumercompliantscourt.com (visit link – https://consumercomplaintscourt.com/store-on-instagram-closettans-took-money-and-didnt-send-the-stuff-i-bought/ )
I connected with several other victims of this fraud on instagram too.
We all have screenshots of the chat and proof of payment.
Through paytm, we also found out the bank details of this fraudster – Kotak Mahindra bank account number 3645738376
Please help in teaching a lesson to this fraudster who is spoiling the online market for small businesses by playing with people’s trust and hard-earned money with an absolutely careless attitude, feeling they can’t be touched or harmed.
