I ordered for multimedia speakers. They neither delivered nor refunded my money. I tried to call them many times but nobody would answer. There is no response to my mails. Once, a lady answered and said due to COVID, only 50% staff are working and hence, there is a delay in dispatch of goods or replying to mails. I asked her to refund the amount. She confirmed that it’s done. I received a refund notification through mail but the amount has not been credited yet. I followed up through calls & mails but the only one liner response which, I get is that you will get coupon code for the equivalent amount. Affected people should register online complaint in cyber crime else, we will only be posting in online forums and sharing our grievances among ourselves. These fradulent people should be behind the bars. Their website should be blocked.
