I ordered a product worth ₹699 from BOXHERO via Cash on Delivery. However, I received the wrong product and only 4 quantities instead of the 10 I ordered. The company operates through fake packaging and lists the contact number 9968538342, which does not work. There is no official website for redressal. The delivery was made by Fship order id 32590 and Tracking ID 20635520989090. I request your intervention to ensure a refund and necessary action against the fraudulent company.
