I ordered 3 T-shirts on 28-May-20 for Rs. 398. I paid the amount from my UPI to Safexpay (paygate@icici) and money was deducted without placing my order. First I thought it was a technical error so I tried contacting the customer care on Facebook messenger. I have not received any reply yet so I am filing a complaint against this issue. Kindly help.
